- Three-dimensional piece. Corrugated board card tied closed with yellow coated wire. Cutout shape in center. Decorated with paint and paper pieces on front
- verso is decorated with black-and-white photocopy paper. Painted black on the inside and decorated with pieces of magazine page. A glassine envelope is attached which holds papers. U.S. postage stamps are affixed.
